Our A4 Foamex signs are the perfect signage solution for a range of use cases, including office displays, corporate events and point-of-sale. Manufactured in-house at our production facility in South Wales, they use cutting-edge digital printing technologies to deliver sharp, vibrant, long-lasting results.
Range of thickness options: Choose from three thicknesses: 3mm, 5mm, or 10mm.
Single or double-sided printing: Single-sided prints are best for mounted signage, while double-sided prints are typically used for point-of-sale and retail use.
Full colour digital printing: Printed on our HP Latex R2000, a cutting-edge digital printer that delivers exceptional print quality.
Free Optional Finishing: Add drilled holes and rounded corners to your signs at no extra cost.
Optional laminated finish: Gloss or Matt laminates are available for enhanced durability and longevity, especially in outdoor conditions.

3mm is the lightest and cheapest option, suitable for indoor use only. 5mm provides a bit more rigidity for handling and display and can be used for short-term outdoor applications. 10mm is the sturdiest choice for a sign that needs to be used outdoors. If you’re not sure which thickness best suits your application, tell us where the sign will be displayed and we can help you choose.
They’re suited to indoor display and short-term to medium-term outdoor use. For anything long-term or heavily exposed to weather, speak to us first so we can confirm it’s the right fit.
We print full colour straight onto the PVC foam board on our HP Latex R2000, rather than applying a separate printed vinyl layer.
Yes. We can add rounded corners and drilled holes to your sign at no extra charge.
Yes, an optional gloss or matt laminate is available for extra durability and longevity.
Vectorised artwork (AI, EPS or PDF) is best, though high-resolution JPEGs are accepted too. Set your file up in CMYK with a 3mm bleed and at least 300dpi, with fonts outlined or embedded. We check every file and send a free proof before production.
Production takes 5 to 7 working days, with next-day delivery to UK mainland addresses once it’s complete.

We aim for a 5-7 working day turnaround and offer a next-day delivery service as standard to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.
