Our custom PVC signs are printed onto rigid foam PVC board and can be produced in a choice of sizes, thicknesses and finishes to suit your application. Standard sizes include A4, A3, A2, A1 and A0, with custom sizes also available on request. The maximum single board size we can produce is 2440mm x 1220mm.

PVC sign boards are available in 3mm, 5mm and 10mm thicknesses. 3mm PVC is a good choice for lightweight indoor signs, temporary displays and short-term promotional boards. 5mm PVC is the best all-round option for general business signage, retail displays, safety signs and outdoor boards. 10mm PVC offers extra rigidity, making it suitable for larger signs or boards that need a more substantial finish.

We can print your PVC signs single-sided or double-sided in full colour, depending on where and how the sign will be displayed. Finish options include matt laminate, gloss laminate or an unlaminated finish where suitable. For most outdoor PVC signs, we recommend choosing 5mm or 10mm board for better strength and durability.
