Our Aluminium Dibond signs are printed full-colour, direct onto the panel, using water-based Latex ink. Rigid yet lightweight, they’re built to stay flat rather than bow or warp. Popular with retailers, construction firms, trade resellers and corporate offices, they are manufactured bespoke to your exact requirements. The perfect choice for long-term indoor or outdoor use signage.
Every sign is made from a 3mm aluminium composite panel consisting of two 0.20mm aluminium skins bonded to a polyethylene core. It’s the thickness we stock as standard, giving a rigid, flat panel that won’t flex or bow once fixed in place.
Most signs are printed on one face, but double-sided printing is available where a sign needs to be read from both directions, such as A-frame inserts or signage viewed from two approaches.
Order your sign to the exact size you need, up to 2m x 1m in one piece. Larger single-panel sizes can be produced for an additional £15 carriage charge per unit.

Aluminium Dibond is one of the more premium signage options, so it isn’t exactly cheap. However, for this specific product range, we are exceptionally price-competitive.
This product takes roughly 5-7 working days to produce and dispatch. Larger volume orders may take 7-10 working days. If you have tight deadlines or require a specific delivery date, contact our sales team directly to discuss.
We partner with DX for all our shipping requirements. Orders are fulfilled and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. DX delivers between 08:00 am and 18:00 pm.
