A1 Dibond Signs: Main Features

 A1 size (594 x 841mm): Each sign is manufactured to A1 sizing. We can print them in portrait or landscape, depending on how you provide your artwork. 

3mm aluminium composite panel: Dibond is the everyday name for aluminium composite panel (ACM): a polyethylene core bonded between two thin aluminium skins. Its lightweight core gives it metal durability and longevity without the weight. We print on Skybond aluminium composite, supplied by our trusted supplier Amari Plastics.

White or brushed silver finish: Choose from two different Aluminium board options: Matt white and brushed silver. The Matt white option offers an excellent surface for stunning full-colour print results, while Brushed Silver offers a more premium metallic finish. The brushed panel is slightly thicker, so it’s the sturdier choice for exposed outdoor spots.

Full colour print with weather-resistant inks: We print your artwork directly onto the Aluminium panel in full colour using our HP Latex R2000. Our advanced digital printing production line allows us to guarantee crystal-clear prints that won’t easily fade over time. We print with water-based inks, offering an environmentally friendly approach to signage printing. 

Finishing Options: Finish your A1 Dibond Boards with drilled holes or rounded corners, completely free of charge. We can also cut your signs into custom shapes, if required. Contact us directly if this is a requirement.
