Our Personalised Cardboard Cutouts are available in any shape and size you require (maximum length of 2 meters). They are a great way to create engagement at parties, weddings, trade events, conferences and fundraisers. Some of the most common applications we see from customers are printing cutouts of family, friends or work colleagues.
Although they are commonly known as cardboard cutouts, we print our displays on tough, lightweight Correx board rather than traditional cardboard. Correx provides a stronger and more reliable finish, helping your cutout stay upright and look its best throughout your event.
The fluted board is lightweight, making your cutout easy to carry, move and store between uses. It also provides a smooth printing surface, allowing us to produce bright colours, clear details and a sharp finish from your supplied photo or artwork.
Unlike standard cardboard, Correx is less likely to bend or become damaged through normal handling. It can also withstand short periods of outdoor use, making it suitable for weddings, parties, promotional events and temporary outdoor displays.
Every cutout is supplied with a sturdy rear support strut, allowing it to stand freely without needing to be fixed to a wall. This makes it quick to set up, easy to reposition and suitable for repeated use.
Our personalised cardboard cutouts can be made to almost any shape and size, up to a maximum height of 2 metres. The best size will depend on where the cutout will be displayed, the subject in your photo and the effect you want to create. We partner with DX for all our shipping requirements. Orders are fulfilled and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. DX delivers between 08:00 am and 18:00 pm.
If your parcel has been damaged in transit, please sign for the order as damaged and take photos upon delivery. We will then assist you in resolving the issue.
For the best printing results, please upload the original, highest-quality version of your photo or artwork. We accept JPEG, PNG, TIFF, PDF and vector files.
If you are ordering a cutout of a person, pet or character, make sure the full subject is visible in the image. Avoid photos where the head, feet, arms or other important details have been cropped, as we cannot recreate missing areas during production.
Clear, well-lit photos usually produce the best finish. Please avoid blurry images, screenshots, heavily compressed social media downloads or photos taken from a long distance. Where possible, artwork should be supplied at a minimum of 150dpi at the final printed size.
You do not need to remove the background before uploading your image. Our team can cut around the subject and create the required shape for your finished display. We will check your supplied file before printing and contact you if we believe the image quality may affect the finished result.
