2. If contacted directly, we’ll assess your requirements and, where required, offer advice on suitable substrates. You’ll receive a quote and delivery estimate, and you’ll be asked to provide your artwork. 
3. Once your artwork is received, we check over quality before production commences and ensure it’s print-ready.
4. You’ll be sent a proof to approve before production commences. 
5. Once you approve it, your order goes straight to our production team, where it is printed using cutting-edge digital printing capabilities. 
6. Where relevant, finishing options are applied to your media (e.g., lamination/drilled holes).
7. Your order is sent for packing. If you requested white label, it’ll be packed in non-branded packaging. We can ship to one location or multiple locations if required. 
8. We dispatch across the UK with next-day delivery as standard.

Your display might only have a few seconds to grab attention, so the design needs to be clear, sharp and easy to read from the distance it will be viewed. • File format: Supply artwork as AI, PDF or EPS where possible. High-quality JPEG files may be accepted if suitable for print.
• Correct size: Set the artwork up at the finished print size, or at an agreed scale for larger POS displays.
• Bleed: Add bleed where required so there are no unwanted white edges after cutting.
• Resolution: Use high-resolution images so the finished POS print does not look blurred, pixelated or soft.
• Fonts: Outline or embed fonts to avoid missing font issues when the file is opened for production.
• Colour setup: Supply artwork in the correct colour setup and provide Pantone or brand colour references where colour matching matters.
• Text readability: Keep text large enough to be read from the expected viewing distance, especially on shelf-edge strips, aisle fins, window graphics and hanging signs.
• Contrast: Use strong contrast between text and background so prices, offers, product details and calls to action are easy to read.
• Cut paths and special finishes: Clearly mark any contour cut lines, crease lines, drill holes, white ink layers, spot finishes or special production requirements.
