We partner with DX for all our shipping requirements. Orders are fulfilled and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. DX delivers between 08:00 am and 18:00 pm.
If your parcel has been damaged in transit, please sign for the order as damaged and take photos upon delivery. We will then assist you in resolving the issue.
To achieve the best possible print results for your charity banners, we recommend supplying your artwork as a high-resolution PDF file. We can also accept JPEG, PNG, EPS and AI files, provided they are suitable for large-format printing.
For the clearest finish, please ensure all text, logos and images are high resolution and easy to read from a distance. Charity banners are often displayed outdoors, at busy events or in high-footfall areas, so bold lettering, clear messaging and strong contrast will help your design stand out.
If your banner includes sponsor logos, QR codes, contact details or donation information, please make sure these are supplied clearly and positioned away from the outer edges of the artwork. This helps prevent key information from being affected by hems, eyelets or fixing points.
