Good artwork makes a major difference to the finished display, especially on larger freestanding totems where small issues can become much more noticeable once printed at full size. For the best result, we recommend supplying vectorised artwork where possible, such as a print-ready PDF or editable artwork file. High-resolution JPEG files can also be accepted, provided the image quality is suitable for the final display size.

Where possible, include any brand colour references, linked images and fonts, or make sure fonts are outlined or embedded before sending the file. This helps reduce delays and gives our team a better chance of matching your artwork accurately during production.
Because BEE 4 manufactures and prints these cardboard totem displays in-house, our team reviews your supplied artwork before production. If we spot an issue that could affect the finished result, such as low-resolution graphics, text sitting too close to an edge, poor image quality, unclear sizing, missing bleed, incorrect colour setup or artwork that does not suit the chosen shape, we can flag it before the job goes to print.
This is especially useful for bespoke cardboard totem displays, as Toblerone-style, circular, rectangular and custom shapes can all need slightly different artwork setup. We partner with DX for all our shipping requirements. Orders are fulfilled and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. DX delivers between 08:00 am and 18:00 pm.
If your parcel has been damaged in transit, please sign for the order as damaged and take photos upon delivery. We will then assist you in resolving the issue.
