We partner with DX for all our shipping requirements. Orders are fulfilled and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. DX delivers between 08:00 am and 18:00 pm.
If your parcel has been damaged in transit, please sign for the order as damaged and take photos upon delivery. We will then assist you in resolving the issue.

To achieve the best possible print quality, please supply your artwork in a high-resolution, print-ready format. We recommend sending your design as a PDF, AI or EPS file where possible. High-resolution JPEG and PNG files can also be accepted, provided they are clear enough for large-format printing.
For the best results, please ensure all text is outlined or embedded, images are high resolution and your artwork is supplied at the correct size or scale. If your design includes logos, product images, menus or social media details, make sure these are sharp and easy to read before uploading your file.
We recommend supplying your artwork in one of the following formats:
Where possible, please add a small bleed around your artwork to allow for trimming and finishing. We also recommend keeping important text, logos and contact details away from the very edge of the banner, especially if you require eyelets, hems or pole pockets.
Artwork should ideally be supplied in CMYK colour mode for the most accurate print result. If your file is supplied in RGB, we can still print it, but the colours may appear slightly different once converted for production.
If you are unsure whether your artwork is suitable for print, send it over, and our team will review it before production. We can check the file quality, sizing, and general print suitability to help ensure your stall banner is produced correctly.
