Our A3 Foamex Signs are the ideal signage solution for a variety of use cases, including safety signage, event wayfinding and hospitality menu signage. Suitable for indoor or outdoor use, they can be customised with a wide range of finishing options to align with your bespoke requirements. Manufactured in-house at our South Wales production facility using state-of-the-art digital printing technologies, we guarantee sharp, vibrant print results that won’t easily fade over time.
A3 size: Produced to the standard A3 size (297mm x 420mm).
Thickness Options: Choose from a range of finishing options including 3mm, 5mm and 10mm. A breakdown of each thickness option is provided below.
Single or double-sided printing: Get your sign printed single or double-sided, depending on how it’s actually going to be used.
Full colour printing: Printed in-house on our HP Latex R2000 for attention-commanding print results.
Optional lamination: Lamination options available for added durability and longevity in outdoor environments.
Free finishing options: Finish your boards with optional drilled holes and rounded corners for safe, stress-free installation.
3mm Thickness – The most affordable option, 3mm is best suited for indoor use only.
5mm Thickness – More durable than 3mm, our 5mm boards are best suited for indoor applications or short-term outdoor use when protected by an overlaminate.
10mm Thickness – The most durable and long-lasting option, it’s best used for long-term indoor use or medium-term outdoor use. If you require a long-term outdoor solution, our Aluminium Dibond signs are a better choice.

They’re printed on Excel GrafiX Extra White PVC foam board, which is available in 3mm, 5mm or 10mm thickness.
Yes. You can get your board printed single- or double-sided, depending on your specific use case.
Absolutely. If you’re using Foamex outdoors, choose our 10mm option with a protective overlaminate.
No, gloss or matt lamination is available as an additional add-on.
To help us achieve the best printing results, please provide vectorised artwork (AI, EPS, or PDF). If that isn’t an option, please provide a high-resolution JPEG. Please also set your file up in CMYK with a 3mm bleed and at least 300dpi, with fonts outlined or embedded. Don’t worry, we check every file and send a free proof before production.
Production takes 5 to 7 working days, with next-day delivery to UK mainland addresses once it’s complete.
No, you can order a single A3 Foamex board if this is all you require.
If your signs arrive damaged, please contact us and we will arrange a free replacement.
