Every order starts with a quote, followed by a free digital proof showing layout, size and colour before anything goes to print. Once you have approved the proof, we solvent print your artwork onto a white vinyl base and finish it with our 70-micron scratch-resistant laminate in matt or gloss, or a domed resin coating if you have chosen that upgrade. Labels are then cut to your size and shape, checked, and packed ready to ship. Approved artwork is retained on file, so a repeat order can be produced to the same specification without starting from scratch.

“Scratch proof” describes the 70-micron laminate finish, which is manufactured for high abrasion resistance and protects the print underneath from surface friction and daily handling. As with any label, very sharp contact or industrial abrasive processes can still mark the surface, so tell us about your environment and we can advise on the right finish.
The adhesive gives immediate, permanent adhesion and performs well on glass, steel, aluminium, PVC and similar surfaces. It is not intended for granular substrates or surfaces coated with acrylic paint. If you are not sure, send us a sample of your surface and we will check suitability before you commit to an order.
Yes. The laminate is resistant to mineral oils, fuels, aliphatic solvents, mild acids, salts and alkalis, and the label is rated to a service temperature range of -40°C to +90°C, so it holds up outdoors and around typical industrial contaminants.
Realistically, 3 to 5 years outdoors and 5 to 10 years indoors, depending on the surface, exposure and how the label is handled.

This product takes roughly 5-7 working days to produce and dispatch. Larger volume orders may take 7-10 working days. If you have tight deadlines or require a specific delivery date, contact our sales team directly to discuss.
We partner with DX for all our shipping requirements. Orders are fulfilled and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. DX delivers between 08:00 am and 18:00 pm.
If your parcel has been damaged in transit, please sign for the order as damaged and take photos upon delivery. We will then assist you in resolving the issue.
