All of our sponsor banners can be supplied with free hems and eyelets, giving you a strong, practical finish that is ready for installation. Hemming the edges of the banner reinforces them, helping it hold its shape and improving durability during outdoor use, while eyelets make it easy to secure the banner to fencing, railings, walls, posts, or temporary event structures.
The eyelets allow the banner to be secured with cable ties, bungee cords, or rope, making installation quick and straightforward on match days, event days, or longer-term outdoor campaigns.
If your sponsor banner needs a different finish, we can also discuss alternative options depending on your application. This may include pole pockets, reinforced corners or custom finishing for specific display systems.

This product takes roughly 5-7 working days to produce and dispatch. Larger volume orders may take 7-10 working days. If you have tight deadlines or require a specific delivery date, contact our sales team directly to discuss.
We partner with DX for all our shipping requirements. Orders are fulfilled and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. DX delivers between 08:00 am and 18:00 pm.
If your parcel has been damaged in transit, please sign for the order as damaged and take photos upon delivery. We will then assist you in resolving the issue.
To get the best possible print result from your sponsor banners, we recommend supplying your artwork as a high-resolution PDF, AI, EPS or print-ready JPEG file. Where possible, please provide sponsor logos in vector format, as this allows us to print sharp, clean graphics at larger banner sizes without loss of quality.
For best results, all artwork should be supplied in CMYK colour mode with any key brand colours clearly stated. If your design includes multiple sponsor logos, please ensure each logo has enough spacing around it so the final banner remains clear and easy to read from a distance.
We recommend leaving a safe area around the edges of your design, especially if your banner is finished with hems, eyelets, or pole pockets. Important text, logos, and contact details should not sit too close to the edge of the banner, as this can affect visibility once the banner is finished and installed.
If your artwork includes images, please supply them at 300dpi where possible. For larger banners viewed from a distance, lower-resolution artwork may still be suitable, but we will always advise if we think the file quality may affect the final result.
Once we receive your artwork, our team will check the file before production. If we spot any clear issues with file quality, sizing, resolution or layout, we will contact you before printing. If you are unsure whether your artwork is suitable, simply send it to us, and we’ll be happy to take a look.
