Our production setup includes HP Latex R2000, Mimaki JFX200-2531, Canon Colorado, EPSON SC-S80600 printers, Zund cutting equipment and in-house laminators. This gives us the flexibility to produce trade sign printing, banners, graphics, display boards, labels and promotional print across a wide choice of materials.
We can print directly onto rigid boards, including Foamex, Dibond/ACM, Correx, acrylic, display board, and cardboard. For roll-fed work, we can produce PVC banners, mesh banners, self-adhesive vinyl, clear vinyl, frosted vinyl, floor vinyl, wall vinyl and magnetic vinyl.
Finishing is also handled in-house, including trimming, laminating, contour cutting, drilling, hems and eyelets, rounded corners and kiss cutting. This helps reduce the need to move work between suppliers and gives trade customers a single production contact for a wide range of large-format print requirements.
Colour consistency is a major part of our process. We use colour management software across our machines to help keep print results consistent across product ranges, repeat orders and multi-part jobs.
