BEE 4 is a UK digital print manufacturer based in Pentrebach, Merthyr Tydfil, supplying trade customers, print resellers and businesses across the UK.
Our senior team has over 25 years of print manufacturing experience, backed by in-house production and a client base of more than 2,000 customers. We produce everything from domed labels, vinyl labels, and industrial stickers to signs, boards, banners, point-of-sale displays, and name badges.
Every order is handled by real print people, not just an automated upload system. That means proper artwork checks, digital proofs, colour support and practical advice when you need help choosing the right material, finish or adhesive.
We are especially well known for domed labels, with the scale and in-house setup to manufacture resin-domed products for trade, industrial, and commercial use. Whether you need one-off printed items, repeat stock, bulk pricing or a bespoke production run, we can help.

We recommend supplying print-ready artwork as a PDF, AI or EPS file where possible. High-resolution JPEGs may also be accepted for some products. If you are ordering shaped labels, stickers or graphics, it helps to include a clear cut line or shape guide.
Send it to us and we will take a look. We check supplied artwork before production and will flag obvious issues such as low resolution, missing bleed, poor sizing or file problems.
For most printed items, bleed helps prevent unwanted white edges after cutting. Crop marks can also help show where the finished item should be trimmed. If you are unsure, send your artwork to our team and we will advise before it goes to print.

Custom print is priced around the product, size, quantity, material, setup, finishing and turnaround. A bespoke order with a custom size, specialist material or low quantity is priced differently from a standard mass-produced item. We quote based on the actual job requirements, so you get pricing that reflects the work involved.
Most products can be ordered directly online. However, if you want to speak to someone directly before placing your order, send us the product type, size, quantity, artwork, material requirements and delivery details. An account manager will review your enquiry and come back with pricing.
