A fixed size: Measuring approximately 1220mm wide x 610mm high, these banners are the perfect size to make your message clear. 

Full colour 720dpi printing: We manufacture our banners in-house using cutting-edge digital printing technology (HP Latex R2000). This advanced printer uses eco-friendly, water-based inks and delivers sharp, vibrant, long-lasting print results. 

Range of finishing options: Finish your banner with options that support stress-free installation. We offer hems and eyelets or pole pockets, depending on your preference. There’s no extra charge to pay for these finishing options. 

B1 fire-rated: Both our PVC and Mesh banner variants are B1 fire-rated under DIN 4102-1. 

Weatherproof construction: Perfect for indoor or outdoor use.  Withstands wind, rain, and UV for around 2-3 years.

PVC or PVC Mesh: Which Should You Choose?

440gsm PVC: Our 440gsm PVC, made by PG Expanse, is a laminated ripstop banner material, 380 micron thick, with a smooth matt surface and no holes, so your print covers the whole banner. It’s water-resistant and weatherproof, so it works outdoors on railings and walls, as well as indoors in shops and at trade stands. Its smooth surface provides an ideal canvas for exceptional print results. For anything indoors, we recommend PVC.

370gsm PVC Mesh: Our 370gsm PVC mesh, also from PG Expanse, has thousands of tiny holes that let wind pass through the banner. This feature makes it the better choice for exposed outdoor spots, including Heras fencing on building sites. Mesh is made for outdoor use only, so it isn’t the right pick for indoor displays.
