Manufactured in-house at our South Wales production facility, they are printed and cut to the standard A0 size (841 x 1189mm). Thanks to their tough aluminium exterior, they offer excellent longevity in indoor or outdoor environments. Whether ordered for construction sites, car parks, warehousesor industrial facilities, you can expect around a decade of use before requiring replacement. 

A0 Dibond Signs: Main Features

A0 size (841 x 1189mm): Printed to the standard A0 size, they can be produced in portrait or landscape, depending on how your artwork is set up. 

Aluminium Composite Panel: Dibond has become the everyday name for aluminium composite panel, often shortened to ACM or ACP. It’s a polyethylene core bonded between two thin sheets of aluminium, offering a tough yet lightweight finish. 

White or brushed silver finish: We offer two different types of Dibond signs: brushed silver or matt white. Brushed silver provides a metallic finish, while the matt white option provides a clean base for full-colour artwork. The brushed panel has thicker aluminium skins (0.3mm compared with 0.12mm on the white panel), making it the sturdier choice for exposed outdoor spots.

Full colour printing at 720dpi: We print directly onto the panel on our HP Latex R2000 using our water-based latex inks. We use advanced colour-matching software to ensure consistency between your artwork and the printed finish. 

Free finishing options: Add a drilled hole in each corner or rounded corners at no extra cost. If you need a shape other than a rectangle, we cut custom shapes on our Zünd cutting table. Fixings aren’t included, so you’ll need to source these separately.
