Description

Our PVC scaffold banners are the perfect branding and advertising tool for construction, renovation and development sites. We print every banner in-house at our production facility in Merthyr Tydfil, using our advanced HP Latex R2000 to deliver crystal-clear prints that won’t easily fade for years. With two banner types on offer, they can be finished with pole pockets, hems, or eyelets for stress-free installation. 

Feature Breakdown

Custom sizing – Enter your own sizing requirements, and we’ll print those specifications. Maximum banner width of 2.4 metres. 

Standard 440gsm or heavy-duty 510gsm PVC –  440gsm is the standard choice for most scaffold banner orders. It’s 380 microns thick with a matt finish, and it’s fire-rated to DIN 4102-1 B1. Our heavy-duty 510gsm is 390 microns, with a higher tensile strength for sites that need a more robust banner. 

Full colour printing – Printed in-house on our HP Latex R2000 for exceptional print quality. Crystal-clear clarity on every print guaranteed. 

Finishing options – Choose from a variety of options, including pole pockets, hems and eyelets. If you require advice on finishing, please feel free to reach out to us. For hems and eyelet finishes, please note that we don’t supply ropes, cable ties, or bungees. 

B1 fire-rated (440gsm only) – Our 440gsm PVC is fire-rated to DIN 4102-1 B1. Our 510gsm heavy-duty PVC doesn’t currently carry this certification, so if a fire rating is non-negotiable for your site, choose the 440gsm option.
