Introducing our branded kneeling pads, a great way of advertising your business as you go about your day-to-day activities. Commonly ordered for gardening, vehicle work, plumbing and flooring, each pad is manufactured from durable EVA foam and fitted with a carry handle for easy transport.
Our kneeling pad printing service covers two sizes, 400 x 200 x 20mm and 460 x 280 x 38mm, with your logo or campaign artwork printed in full colour on the top face. Printing is done in-house at our Merthyr Tydfil site on our HP Latex R2000 press, so we control the colour, the proof and the deadline. There is no minimum order quantity, so you can order a single personalised kneeling pad or several thousand for a campaign.
Choose the smaller pad for general handling and lighter tasks, or the larger pad when the extra thickness is worth it on hard ground. Both sizes carry the same print options and the same minimum order.
Each pad is cut from a single piece of EVA foam rather than laminated from layers, with cut edges and a carry handle on both sides. The foam is lightweight enough to move around a site or a garden without becoming another thing to carry.
Your artwork is printed in full colour directly onto the top face of the pad on our HP Latex R2000, using water-based latex inks. There is no transfer, no applied vinyl and no laminate over the top. We can also work to a Pantone reference where you need a brand colour matched closely.
The minimum order is a single pad. That suits a sample for internal approval as well as a full campaign run, and pricing is quantity-based, so the unit cost falls as the order grows.

Blank pads are held in stock and printed on our HP Latex R2000 at our site in Merthyr Tydfil, South Wales. Nothing is sent out to a third party, which is why we can commit to a proof turnaround and a production date rather than passing on someone else’s.
Pricing is quantity-based, and prices are shown excluding VAT. Print resellers, distributors, and trade buyers can apply for a trade account to receive trade pricing on repeat work.

Yes. Pre-production samples are available at your own cost. This is worth doing if you need internal sign-off on the print before committing to a larger quantity.
Vector files are best, particularly for logos and text. We accept PDF, AI and EPS, or a high-resolution JPEG at 300dpi at actual size. Pads are printed on one side only, and the print does not run edge to edge, so artwork needs to sit within the print area. We check every file and send a proof before production.
No. Printing is single-sided, on the top face of the pad.
Yes. Gardening and site work are two of the most common uses. The foam wipes clean, though the surface can stain with prolonged contact with oil, soil or dye, so pads used on dirty ground are best wiped down after use.

We will replace them or refund you. The approved proof is the reference point, which is why we do not print anything until you have signed it off.
This product takes roughly 5-7 working days to produce and dispatch. Larger volume orders may take 7-10 working days. If you have tight deadlines or require a specific delivery date, contact our sales team directly to discuss.
We partner with DX for all our shipping requirements. Orders are fulfilled and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. DX delivers between 08:00 am and 18:00 pm.
If your parcel has been damaged in transit, please sign for the order as damaged and take photos upon delivery. We will then assist you in resolving the issue.
