Introducing our branded kneeling pads, a great way of advertising your business as you go about your day-to-day activities.  Commonly ordered for gardening, vehicle work, plumbing and flooring, each pad is manufactured from durable EVA foam and fitted with a carry handle for easy transport.

Our kneeling pad printing service covers two sizes, 400 x 200 x 20mm and 460 x 280 x 38mm, with your logo or campaign artwork printed in full colour on the top face. Printing is done in-house at our Merthyr Tydfil site on our HP Latex R2000 press, so we control the colour, the proof and the deadline. There is no minimum order quantity, so you can order a single personalised kneeling pad or several thousand for a campaign.

Custom Kneeling Pad Printing: Main Features

Two sizing options

Choose the smaller pad for general handling and lighter tasks, or the larger pad when the extra thickness is worth it on hard ground. Both sizes carry the same print options and the same minimum order.

Single-piece EVA foam with a carry handle

Each pad is cut from a single piece of EVA foam rather than laminated from layers, with cut edges and a carry handle on both sides. The foam is lightweight enough to move around a site or a garden without becoming another thing to carry.

Full colour printing, direct to the pad

Your artwork is printed in full colour directly onto the top face of the pad on our HP Latex R2000, using water-based latex inks. There is no transfer, no applied vinyl and no laminate over the top. We can also work to a Pantone reference where you need a brand colour matched closely.

The minimum order is a single pad. That suits a sample for internal approval as well as a full campaign run, and pricing is quantity-based, so the unit cost falls as the order grows.
