Which Type of Name Badge Should I Choose?

Artwork Guidance for Name Badges

If you need name badges with your company logo, we can print your design in full colour and produce each badge with individual staff names, job titles, departments or branch details. This makes them ideal for workplaces, retail teams, hospitality staff, healthcare settings, events, exhibitions and customer-facing roles.

All artwork is printed using state-of-the-art digital printing technology, helping us produce sharp text, accurate detail and exceptional full-colour printing results. This is especially important for branded name badges where your logo, staff names and company colours need to look clean, professional and consistent across every badge.

To get the best result from your printed name badges, we recommend supplying your artwork as a high-resolution PDF, AI or EPS file. Vector artwork is preferred where possible, especially for company logos, as it keeps text and logo details sharp when reduced to badge size. If you only have a JPEG or PNG file, please send the highest resolution version available and our team will check whether it is suitable for print.

When supplying artwork for custom name badges, please make sure your logo is clear, your text is readable at the final badge size and any brand colours are included. If you use specific Pantone, CMYK or HEX colour references, send these with your artwork so we can match your branding as closely as possible during production.

For orders where each badge needs a different name, job title or department, you can send the details in a simple spreadsheet. Please set each piece of information in a separate column, such as:
