Instead of placing one logo in the centre of a banner, your artwork repeats across the full panel, keeping your branding visible from different camera angles and guest positions.
Every step-and-repeat banner comes equipped with a supporting aluminium display stand. Simply pick the frame size that aligns with your requirements, and we’ll print your banner to fit it.
Choose from two PVC banner options. The 440gsm option is best suited for one-off use, while the 540gsm option gives a heavier feel for repeat use or busier setups.
The PVC vinyl is weather-resistant, making it suitable for short-term outdoor event use as well as regular indoor use.
We print your artwork in-house using our state-of-the-art Latex R2000 production. This cutting-edge printer delivers crystal-clear results and consistent brand tones from banner to banner.
Every banner is supplied with a matching aluminium tension banner stand. You can choose from a 2.4m or 3m stand, depending on how big you want your banner to be.

Our 440 gsm PVC vinyl is a strong, practical choice for most step-and-repeat banner orders. In most instances, we recommend opting for the 440gsm option unless you intend to re-use the banner between events.
A heavier PVC vinyl option for clients who want to reuse their banners time and time again. They are also the better choice for outdoor setups as the material is 100% weather-resistant.

Yes. There is no minimum order quantity, so you can order as little as one unit if this is what you require.
Our banners are printed on fire-rated PVC vinyl. We offer 440 gsm PVC vinyl and 540 gsm heavy-duty PVC with a breakdown of each material option provided in the product description.
Yes. Every step-and-repeat banner is supplied with a 2.4m or 3m aluminium display stand.
The 2.4m stand takes a banner up to 2400mm x 2400mm. The 3m stand takes a banner up to 3m wide x 2.6m high. If you’re not sure which suits your event, please contact us and we’ll be happy to advise.
Every banner is finished with a pole pocket top and bottom as standard, so it fits straight onto your stand. This gives a tighter fit than eyelets or bungee cords.
Yes. You can supply multiple logos for a multi-logo step and repeat banner. We can help with repeat spacing to ensure the logos are clearly arranged across the full backdrop.
Vector files are best, especially for logos, sponsor marks and text-heavy layouts. We accept PDF, AI, EPS, high-resolution JPEG and PNG files. Artwork should be supplied at full size where possible, with colours set up in CMYK. Logos should ideally be supplied as vector files so they stay sharp when printed at large format sizes. We check artwork before printing and provide a free proof. If there is a problem with the file, we will let you know before production starts.
Production usually takes 5-7 working days from the date of artwork approval. Next-day UK mainland delivery is available after production. For urgent event dates, contact us before ordering.
For most indoor event backdrops, media walls and promotional displays, 440gsm PVC vinyl is the most suitable option. If you want a heavier banner for repeat use, busier setups or outdoor display, 540 gsm heavy-duty PVC vinyl is the better choice.
Yes. Both PVC vinyl options are suitable for indoor and outdoor use. However, for outdoor events, we recommend the 540gsm option.
Yes. BEE 4 offers dedicated trade pricing structures for print resellers, brokers, agencies and trade customers.
Before printing, we check your supplied artwork and send a free proof showing the banner layout, logo repeat pattern, size and overall positioning. This gives you the chance to review the design before production starts. If we spot an issue with logo quality, sizing, file format or print suitability, we will let you know before your banner goes to print.
This product takes roughly 5-7 working days to produce and dispatch. Larger volume orders may take 7-10 working days. If you have tight deadlines or require a specific delivery date, contact our sales team directly to discuss.
We partner with DX for all our shipping requirements. Orders are fulfilled and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. DX delivers between 08:00 am and 18:00 pm.
If your parcel has been damaged in transit, please sign for the order as damaged and take photos upon delivery. We will then assist you in resolving the issue.

Getting your artwork print-ready in advance means less back and forth once your order’s in. Vector files give the cleanest result for logos and text, though a high-resolution JPEG or PNG works too as long as it’s supplied at full size.
