Light enough for one person to carry and fix on site, rigid enough to stay flat once it’s up. We print everything ourselves, in-house, on our HP Latex R2000, using water-based inks for sharp, full-colour detail.

Single or double-sided, 600 x 800mm 

Choose single-sided for a board fixed flat against a wall or fence, or double-sided so it reads clearly from either direction. All boards are supplied at a standard 600 x 800mm size.

Board only

Supplied as the printed board only, so if your branch already has posts, frames or brackets in use, it’s ready to fix straight onto them without paying for hardware you don’t need.

Advertisement Rules for Estate Agent Boards

For sale and to let boards generally benefit from “deemed consent” under the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulations, meaning most agencies don’t need separate planning permission to display one. 

Deemed consent typically depends on a few conditions: no more than one board per property (or two joined together, back to back, for joint agents), the board being used only to advertise that the property is for sale or to let, and a size limit for residential properties.

Our standard 600 x 800mm board works out at 0.48m², comfortably inside the size limit typically allowed for a single residential board.

Rules can vary slightly by local authority, and some councils place extra restrictions on specific streets or conservation areas, so it’s worth a quick check with your local planning department if you’re unsure.
